 Starting a new airline or developing a new subsidiary service can be a complex and time consuming process. Wild geese Aviation and its affiliates (WGA) staff and affiliates can assist and will work closely with the owners, regulators, manufacturers and service providers to ensure that the regulatory requirements are met and the project is completed punctually and importantly, within budget.

WGA can assist the new operator:

  • Prepare the Entry Into Service (EIS) plan.

  • Prepare the EIS budget.

  • Undertake the risk analysis and monitor progress on the risk mitigation plan.

  • Prepare the flight crew and cabin crew training plan.

  • Manage tenders for the provision of training contracts.

  • Manage tenders for the provision of ground handling contracts.

  • Source suitable Maintenance & Repair Organizations (MROs) to conduct the through life maintenance ensuring continued air worthiness of the fleet of aircraft.

  • Prepare for meetings with the regulator.

  • Provide pre-delivery inspection of the aircraft.

  • Take delivery of the fleet.

  • Manage ferry flights to operating bases.

  • Manage training plans.

  • Provide oversight of the startup of operations.

  • Provide ongoing onsite support to monitor the progress of the entry into service schedule of work against the EIS plan.

  • Report to the owners and regulators on progress against the EIS plan.

WGA staff and affiliates will ensure the airline's entry into service meets both the owners' financial expectations and entry into service date.
